Apologies if I am missing where this is set, but where do you specify the amount of annual leave allocated to a user\employee?

Ideally every request for holiday is deducted from that amount

If this is currently not possible could this be requested as a feature?

Hello, this feature is not available, and we do not plan to implement it in the standard version of the software due to differences in vacation specifications depending on the country, contract, ect. However, since the system is open-source, it can be developed if there is a commercial need.
