MintHCM is free and open source, which means you can download, modify, and use it free of charge and without any license fees. The only cost is your own server upkeep.
Can you integrate Mint with other software like SAP and Workday?
Yes, MintHCM is capable of integrating with other software like SAP or Workday thanks to Mint’s open API. Such integration requires custom development.
Can I translate Mint into my own language?

Does your system allow for bulk uploads of employee records and/or applicants?
Yes, Mint allows for bulk uploads of any records in CSV format via Import Wizard (available in the Administration section). Import file templates are available as well.

Yes, log into the administrator account and navigate Administration -> Display Modules and Subpanels. Then, drag the module from the Displayed Modules column to the Hidden Modules column.

Yes. You can manage part-time employees in our contracts module – you can choose full-time 7/8, 1/2, etc.

No, Mint is a soft-HR software at it’s core, such functions as payroll would have to be integrated from another system.
