Error entering admin account after installing MintHCM

When I log in with the account that was set up when installing MintHCM. The login page is reloaded

I use xampp version 7.4 and I tried MintHCM versions 4.0.4,4.0.3,4.0.2,4.0.1 and all have the same error

We will verify how MintHCM works with XAMPP; however, we don’t recommend using XAMPP for our solution. We’ve upgraded our system to PHP 8.0—could you try using that PHP version?

Thanks, I’ll try not using XAMPP. Try it out, if there’s anything new please let me know, I still don’t understand why MintHCM doesn’t work because of XAMPP.
