    Hi guys,

I downloaded and extracted the archive into a folder called minthcm within the public_html folder on a sub domain. I’m using hostigner so I also changed the PHP version to 7.4 for the subdomain. I’ve changed the permisions for the folder and recursive folders and files to be drwxr-xr-x.

As the extract created a subfolder I accessed https://mydomain.com/minthcm/minthcm-4.0.6/ but all that keeps happening is the page keeps refreshing and shows a blank white page.

Could anyone tell me what i’m missing or doing wrong?

    Hi,

Could you please check if there is a .htaccess file in the public_html directory, and also confirm whether your hosting provider supports .htaccess files?

Additionally, you may want to try fixing the permissions as described here: https://minthcm.org/support/minthcm-installation-guide/.

Please also note that we do not recommend using web hosting to run MintHCM — it’s better to use a dedicated environment, such as a VPS.

    Hi there

I’ve tried to install MintHCM on Windows NT server 2012 R2 standard in my virtual box .

I follow the steps to install WAMP:

    1) Download WAMP server 3.3.0 -32bit and install WAMP on C:\WAMP using default setting, a green icon shown in the toolbar showing “all service running”
    2) I change main port: 8080, SSL port: 4433
    3) After starting WAMP server, I open Chrome and browse to http://local:8080/ and see WAMP server homepage.
    4) I can also open Chrome and type in http://localhost:8080/phpmyadmin to start MySQL server.

I follow the steps in “Installation guide MintHCM v4” to install MintHCM:
    1) Download MintHCM-4.1.0.1 and unzip to the folder C:\WAMP\www\MintHCM
    2) Open Chrome and type in http://local:8080/MintHCM, then my issue is:

The installation wizard won’t start !!!
The browser keeps refreshing and shows a blank white page !!!

Could anyone tell me what I’m missing or doing wrong?

    Hi,
We typically use Unix systems to install Mint. However, the installation process should work if your environment meets the following requirements:

    1. Required Modules: Ensure that the Rewrite and Headers modules are enabled.
    2. AllowOverride: Verify that AllowOverride All is set within the directive for MintHCM in your Apache configuration. This setting allows the use of .htaccess files for additional configuration.
