    Hi,

    I’m trying to understand if HCM has or is capable to do the following:

    1. Have full time and part time employees
    2. how is leave calculated for part time employees?
    3. is leave calculated in days or hours?
    4. when a part time applies for time off, how are national holidays taken into consideration?
    5. How are workflows handled, e.g. complicated sick leave, (first time A, second time B etc)

    Hello,

    You can manage part-time employees in our contracts module – you can choose full-time 7/8, 1/2, etc. We don’t have a feature for calculating leave, but you can set national holidays as non-working days in our module “non-working das registry”. Absences as holidays or sickness are managed by creating an appropriate work plan.

    Remember, that MintHCM is not dedicated to hard HR processes like payroll, etc. It can only be integrated with other systems which were made for hard HR processes. MintHCM was created for soft HR processes.
