This problem isn’t related to MintHCM, but to the server configuration. You could try modifying the upload_max_filesize setting in your PHP configuration and set it to a value greater than 6M.
Which database version do you use? Can you confirm if you can access it with those credentials?
Also, please check for any error messages in the “Network” tab in the browser’s console.
