Hotjar is a technology service that helps us understand our users’ experience (e.g., how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose, what they like or dislike on our pages). This allows us to create and maintain our services based on user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data about user behavior and devices (specifically IP address captured only in an anonymized form), screen size of devices, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used for displaying our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile. Neither Hotjar nor we will ever use this information to identify individual users or match them with additional data about that user. For more details, review Hotjar’s privacy policy.

You can opt out of creating a user profile, storing data by Hotjar regarding your use of our site, and using tracking cookies by following this link.

VI. Mautic

We use Mautic—a software system installed on eVolpe servers designed for automating marketing activities. The system stores, monitors, and builds behavioral profiles of evolpe.pl website users. In this system, traffic contact information on www.evolpe.pl is sourced from three primary sources:

  • Tracking files like Cookies

  • Visitor’s IP address

  • Additional HTTP/HTTPS protocol data

Form data along with some cookie files stored in Mautic are kept in a way that prevents access or decryption by third parties. Consent for processing these data can be changed at any time via clicking a link within any received email message within Privacy Policy terms; none of this user information will be sold or transferred without their consent.

VII. Google Remarketing

We use Google Inc.’s (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”) remarketing technology. This technology allows us to address users who have already visited our websites and online services and shown interest in our offerings with targeted ads on partner sites within the Google network. Ads are displayed based on cookies—small text files saved on the user’s disk. These files enable analyzing user interests during website visits and using this information for targeted product offers and ad displays.

If a user does not want to receive such interest-based ads, they can deactivate Google’s use of cookies for these purposes by visiting https://adssettings.google.de/authenticated. Alternatively, users can disable third-party cookie usage by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices and following their opt-out instructions. Detailed information about Google remarketing and Google’s Privacy Policy can be found at http://www.google.com/privacy/ads.

By using our services, users consent to having their collected data processed by Google as described here for these purposes. We note that Google follows its own data protection guidelines independent of ours declared here; we do not assume responsibility for these guidelines or methods.

VIII. Facebook Remarketing

This site uses Facebook’s “Custom Audience” feature for remarketing purposes. This feature allows us to target visitors with personalized ads when they visit Facebook based on their interests. To analyze how users interact with our websites—essential for selecting interest-based advertisements—Facebook uses cookies.

For this purpose, Facebook stores a small file containing a string of numbers in the browser of visitors to our site. Through this number, users are registered along with anonymized data about website usage; no personal data is recorded from site visitors. Upon subsequent visits to Facebook, such users are shown ads likely aligned with previously accessed product types or information.

To prevent further data collection by Facebook, you can refuse cookie storage using https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads. If you use multiple browsers, you must perform this procedure separately for each one.

IX. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google Analytics, a network analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies—text files stored on a user’s computer that enable analysis of how users interact with websites. Information contained in these cookies about page visits is typically sent to and stored on a Google server in the USA. If IP anonymization is enabled on this website, within European Union countries or other European Economic Area member states, users’ IP addresses are shortened by Google before being sent to the USA; only in exceptional cases are full IP addresses transmitted to and then shortened at the US server. Google uses this information on behalf of this website’s operator to evaluate how users interact with the site, compile reports on user activity, and provide additional services related to website usage and internet use. The IP address transmitted by users’ browsers within the scope of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.

Users can prevent cookie storage by adjusting their browser settings; however, we note that doing so may limit access to all features of our site. Users can also opt out of having data collected through cookies (including their IP address) processed by downloading and installing a browser add-on available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=pl. For more details about usage conditions and data protection policies, visit https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/pl.html or https://policies.google.com/?hl=pl.

This website also uses Google Tag Manager, which allows managing tags for tracking purposes without using cookies or collecting personal data itself. However, it triggers other tags that collect data; these are managed independently from those collected directly through Google Tag Manager itself. Note: Section X regarding Albacross was not requested for translation in your query so it remains untranslated here.
