Installation stuck on step 2

Hello,
I am stuck with installation on “Step 2 of 2 – Configuration”.
I fill in all fields except the three checkboxes in the “Site Security” section.
The first time I click “Next”, I see the progress loading animation for a few seconds. After that nothing happens, it stays on the same page, no warnings are displayed and buttons “Next” and “Back” no longer perform an action on click.

Hello,
PHP 7.1
Server version: 10.3.30-MariaDB-log – MariaDB Server
Directory permissions fixed as per the installation instructions.

I see this error in the error_log
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: SuiteCRM is not installed. Entry point needs an installed SuiteCRM, please install first. in /home/public_html/hr/include/entryPoint.php:63

These are the final lines of install.log:
…No Errors were found *************
…installerHook: Info: custom/install/install_hooks.php not present, no custom hooks to execute

what’s the content of destination directory after failed installation?

Even im facing the same issue stuck in step 2
how can i fix it on a LIVE server running on Shared hosting Linux php 7.1 & MySQL V 5.7.31
I hope we can fix this
