Yes, you read it right. Open Source is free under some conditions. You need to be good at coding or have a tech team who can do it for you. Open Source is great for those who know how to create code, but you probably already know that. If you don’t know how to code, then don’t worry. MintHCM is based on SugarCRM Community Edition and SuiteCRM code. Well-known business applications. What that means is that MintHCM is user-friendly. Everything is very intuitive and easy to learn. All you see is easy to create, but to change too. As we said earlier you don’t need to worry, if you are skilled, it will be easy to adapt it to yours needs. The software was the brainchild of a set of developers who would understand the limitations of many HRM.
It is easy to use
MintHCM is great because it already has a lot of built-in options. It is easy to set up, configure and use. Open Source is giving you the chance to change everything as you want and how you need. So at the end of the day you can do with it whatever you would like. Code is all yours. And what’s the best in all of it, the system may be already translated to your language. At this moment we do have Czech, Polish and English, but we are already working on a few more.
