MintHCM is changing for you. MintHCM 3.1.2 release

The new version of MintHCM is finally here! We are thrilled to introduce MintHCM 3.1.2. It is ready for you to download it.

But first, let’s talk about new features and what we have fixed since 3.1.1.

A full list of changes and fixes is available here.

Kanban view for Candidatures module and changing candidature status

One of the newest features added to the MintHCM is kanban view for Candidatures module. It can help with rearranging tasks. And is a huge improvement in favor of transparency of the recruitment process. The records can be easily moved to a different place in the unit. If one candidate is winning the recruitment, you can move it to the top of the list. You can also move it to different groups depending on the stage of recruitment. Everything depends on what’s useful for you.

You can change candidature status to „hired” after creating an employee account. If you have more than one candidature record, others will change to „rejected”. This feature will make your work easier, you won’t need to do more steps, because everything is automated. And duplicate-proof.

Groups in the onboarding/offboarding items

Creating a group with onboarding/offboarding tasks makes this challenge easier. You have everything in one place.

Such a function will help the HR department to properly introduce the new person into the company’s operations. Everything runs smoothly, and the activities are pleasant for both parties.
