Hello!
Here is the correct format: https://my-server-mint.net/legacy
Let me know if that helped. 🙂
Hello guys!
Suresh, I need more information. Can you please, tell me what you see in your browser console when the problem happens? Also, check if there’s anything in the PHP error logs. This info will help us fix things faster.
Cyberchriss, can you tell me what version of ElasticSearch you’re using?
And please, try testing the connection with ElasticSearch using CURL and share the results.
I’ve checked this error on Google: “ElasticSearch empty reply from server.” There’s a mention of a flag, xpack.security.enabled, that might need to be set to false. Take a look at Google too.
Let me know about the results!
Log into the administrator account and navigate Administration -> Display Modules and Subpanels.
Then, drag the module from the Displayed Modules column to the Hidden Modules column. 🙂
Hello Saeed!
Could you please tell me your PHP version? It would also be helpful if you could share the contents of the legacy/install.log and legacy/minthcm.log files. Additionally, could you show me what your .htaccess file looks like?
Hello!
Thank you very much for submitting your list of bugs. We will work to resolve these issues as soon as possible and will inform you of any new releases here on our forum.

Hello! We are working on that, but we would like to ask you a few more questions
1. Did the ‘Sync Inbound Email Accounts’ action succeed, but emails are not visible? Or, did the action fail?
2. Have you enabled the crontab for a MintHCM?
3. Do you use any email clients? If the client is using the POP protocol to connect to the email box, it could be why the emails are not visible.
4. Is this a popular email provider, such as Gmail?
With this information, we would be able to fix the problem sooner.
Hello,
Could you send us a link to that website?
Without it, we can’t check what’s wrong.
Best regards!
Helo,
Not all modules are available on the navigation bar, some of them are displayed only as a subpanel below parent record/module. If you want to display them, you have to go to Administration -> Configure Module Menu Filters -> and change the configuration.
So far, there is only one theme for MintHCM. Other styles are disabled because they are not fitted to our software, so users should not be able to choose them. However, we have made plans to add new themes in the future. Until then, you are of course welcome to add a new theme by yourself, but that requires some development on your side. Please let us know if you choose to proceed with such a project. We would be curious how our system could look like in some other attire. 🙂 Otherwise, please stay put and subscribe to our newsletter: https://minthcm.org/newsletter-minthcm/. If anything changes, we will make sure to announce it.
Hello, we have a problem with that link. Could you send us on contact@minthcm.org a copy of the catalog of your instance? You should delete all data from
Hello,
Have you tried deleting cache and opening the system in a private/incognito tab? Remember to delete directory contents, not a directory (
If so and it didn’t help, have you tried to delete and install MintHCM again?
Thank you. Could you tell us what your PHP and MySQL versions is?
Hello!
Could you give us an address of your system instance? We need it to see what is wrong. For now, we recommend deleting cache and opening the system in a private/incognito tab.
Best regards!
Hello Noor,
There is MintHRM in your link. Are you sure you didn’t mean a similar system – Mint HRM, a cloud HRIS? https://www.minthrm.com/
